Meetings:

Monthly meeting held on the third Tuesday of each month. Meetings begin at 7:00 PM at Illinois Valley YMCA in the Board Room.  All club members and those interested in becoming members are welcome to attend.

The clubs newsletter, The Pacesetter, is mailed via bulk mail therefore it will not be forwarded by the post office if your address changes. You must provide a current address for the newsletter to be delivered to you.

Newsletter: 

Starved Rock Runners, Ltd newsletter, The Pacesetter, is published six times a year. January/February, March/April, May/June, July/August, September/October, November/December.

Submit material for newsletter:

Deadline for all material to be in the newsletter (articles, advertising, race forms, etc) is the 30th of the month prior to publication.

Newsletter Policy: 

All members are invited to contribute articles on any topic of interest to runners.

Flyer or Entry Form Insertion in Pacesetter: 

$50 for a single sheet folded to 8.5 inches by 5.5 inches. Supply 300 copies folded to 8.5 inches by 5.5 inches.

Advertising in The Pacesetter: 

Camera- ready advertisements should be delivered to the editor no later than the above mentioned deadline. Rates: 

• Business card size ad: $10 each month or $ 50 for 6 issues.
• Half page ad: $20 each month or $80 for 6 issues.
• Full page ad: $40 each month or $160 for 6 issues.
