Starved Rock Runners is a group of friendly, encouraging, running enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. We have members who are just starting their running adventures, to seasoned veterans and runners who have been running for 50 plus years. We like to run, and we like to promote the sport of running. Our membership is open to anyone.
