FAT ASS 50 Course Conditions
The Fat Ass 50 will take place tomorrow (Saturday January 14th), however be advised that the conditions of the course are far from perfect.
The first 3-1/2 miles of the course is icy and will require running or walking along the side of the road where the gravel is poking through the ice.
The last 1-1/2 of the course is clear and good to go.
The latest forecast is calling for the possibility of a little more freezing rain over night, which could change the conditions described above.
For those adventurous soles that won’t let a little adverse weather stop them, the race will go on.
We’re looking forward to seeing those who are up to the challenge.
