USATF #IL7037NM Certified course. Race starts and finishes at City Hall in La Salle, 745 Second St, La Salle, IL. Registration opens at 6:00 pm inside City Hall lobby, the cost is $30.00. Time and Finish line provided by Starved Rock Runners, Ltd. Awards to top 3 finishers in each age group and overalls. 2 water stops on the course. T-Shirts guaranteed to all pre-registered participants. Free Beverage ticket (Beer) to everyone registered to use at Celebrate La Salle festival on Second Street all weekend. Music, food, carnival, beer tent and lots of family fun. The Gateway 5K is a run/walk for awareness of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Gateway Services, Inc. provides essential services for our local citizens with disabilities, like 24-hour direct support, community-based job development, classes and training, and transportation services.

Race Fees are $20.00 before June 13th and $25.00 after. Registration opens at 7:00am and race begins promptly at 8:00am. Registration is welcomed on the day of the race. Returning will be Starved Rock Runners and D & M Road Race Scoring. T-Shirts will be available for the first 50 registered runners. Swag bags will be included with the registration cost along with a superhero rubber duck for the first annual Duck Drop that will be taking place after the race (winner need not be present to win). There will be multiple water stops on the city and rural race route and light food and beverages following the race. Superhero costumes are encouraged but not required!
4th Annual Sandra R. Dearing 5k takes place at 9am on Saturday June 23rd. Packet pick-up starts at 7am on race day. Same day registration is welcome. This 5k race is rectangular in shape beginning & ending at Windmont Park. 4 straightaways and a few rolling hills. Time clocks & water at the 1 mile & 2 mile marks.
Registration is $20 which includes a T-shirt. Groups of 5 or more runners can receive a group discount. Trophies to the overall Male & Female winners. Medals to the Top 3 runners in each male & female category.
Refreshments & food after the race. Plus meals to purchase.
Raffle, 50/50 & other games to follow.
Proceeds from the race go to individuals currently battling cancer. Previous proceeds have went to individuals from Kewanee, Galva & Toulon.

Our 5K course has been certified by USA Track and Field and takes participants through the paved, flat streets of Chillicothe. The course begins and ends at Pearce. Refreshments, snacks, and the awards ceremony will take place in the banquet room immediately after the race.
Friendly and fast 5K, starting and finishing at City Park in Streator, and running through quiet neighborhoods. The course is flat and fast, with two small hills, and the course is an out and back route. Bib pick-up and race day registration being at 6:30 am on 6/30/18. The 5K Run for Glory is part of Streator’s awesome 4th of July celebration. Nice trophies for first place overall male and female finishers, and for first Streator male and female finishers. Medals for top three finishers in each age group. Male and female age groups are as follows: 13 & under, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 over. Water on course at 1 and 2 miles. T-shirts for all entrants. Walkers are welcome. Delicious fruit and beverages following the race. Results will be posted at starvedrockrunners.org. Fun family event! All proceeds to the Streator 4th of July celebration.

Medals to 1,2,3rd in age groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over. Awards will follow the race once the course is closed.
Timing and results will be provided by Racing Expectations. Results will be posted after the race and online at: www.racingexpectations.com and www.starvedrockrunners.org.
No pets or bicycles allowed. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome to participate.

Start your Independence Day festivities early this year with some good fun and exercise! On July 3rd, 2018 the Morris Downtown Development Partnership (MDDP) will be bringing the 9th annual Liberty 5K Run/Walk back to downtown Morris!
The Liberty Run 5K Run/Walk will take place at 7:30 p.m. in downtown Morris. Beginning at Liberty and Jefferson streets, the course will take you through Nostalgic Downtown Morris, area parks, neighborhoods and returns downtown on Liberty Street. The course is completely paved, primarily flat, with some slight hills for a fast and enjoyable race. The Liberty 5K is a chip timed race on a certified course. The event honors, supports and recognizes our military personnel.
The cost is $25.00 for pre-registered participants and $35.00 for those who register after June 20th.

SRRL Circuit Race.
Entry Fee: $20.00 if postmarked before July 6th, $27.00 after July 6th, $15.00 if you do want a shirt. $2.00 discount to LRC and SRRL members before July 6th. NO DISCOUNT AFTER JULY 6th.
COURSE: A portion of Lake Bloomington’s Inner-Loop with a start and finish next to Green Gables. Splits at miles 1 & 2. Two water stops
AWARDS: Overall male & female, top three finishers in in of the following age groups: 8 & under, 9-14,15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-70, 71 & over.
This course is NOT closed to traffic. No headsets or strollers will be allowed during the race.

5K Certified Course (IL09070JW) with splits at miles 1 and 2. It is Electronically timed with finish times available at the conclusion of the race. This is a flat, fast course with a few gentle hills and is looped through city streets. There will be water stops at miles 1 & 2. Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each age group and trophies for overall male and female runners. This will benefit the Bureau Valley High School Renaissance program–a program that includes ALL students at Bureau Valley High School and the Wyanet Community Club. There is a minimum donation fee for the race of $25 which goes to the scholarship fund to help local Ottawa High and Marquette High school students with their college funds. Fee increased to $30 if paid on the day of the race.
