Thi workout is for more advanced runners. Workouts vary from week to week. The group does a 1-2 mile warm up and then performs the scheduled workout of a threshold paced runs with recovery jogs and then regrouping after each push. The workout is then followed by a cool down. The total distance ranges between 6-8 miles.
Everyone meets at 6:00PM in the parking lot of Holy Family School.
